As of tonight, I am doing a herbal cleansing. Also taking new (more expensive, but free since I had the $250 dollar gift certificate) vitamins. Also bought some interesting powders for meal replacements / snacks. If any of this helps that is fantastic. If it doesn't - well no money lost on my side.

At Curves the scale said 295; I guess I should make a new goal at fitday, eh?

GOAL: Weigh 285 by August 06/2006. 10 pounds in 2 months.

YEEY! I had my December weigh-in this morning at Curves. So from all of August till the end of Novemeber I've lost:

Bust: -10 inches (was 56.00 now 46.00)
Waist: -10 inches (was 50.00 now 40.00)
Abdomen: -10.50 inches (was 59.00 now 48.00)
Hips: -11 inches (was 59.00 now 48.00)
Thighs: -2.50 inches (was 26.50 now 25.25)
Arms: -2.50 inches (was 15.50 now 14.25)

Weight: 80 lbs (was 290 now 210)
Body fat: 9.50% (was 46.00% now 36.50%)

and my home scale was saying 210 and now says 208 when naked. HAHAH WOO.
8 pounds from my new years goal, 9 pounds from being no longer in the 200 lbs arena.

was wearing size 26 jeans - now wearing sizes 18/16. rock it.

OK. starting either mid week, or on the very last day of november: i'm gonna do the South Beach Diet.

yeah. queen of the anti-diet world going to do that, ah well. I just really wanna be 200 lbs by new years eve.

eat: veggies, eggs, cheese, nuts, olive oil, tea.
no eat: bread, rice, patatoes, pasta, baked goods, fruit, sugar

for 2 weeks. decemeber 14th is the end date because thats the day my one family christmas is. and i'm not starting now, because next tuesday is my dad's birthday and we're making him a cake.

and then i'll bring back fruit full swing, and the others in moderation.

right now i weigh somewhere betweeen 218 and 214. Size 16/18. have lost 75lbs and 46 inches all over total. i just haven't been loosing since my job i got in septemeber. i haven't been biking and need to break out the stationairy one downstairs more. i work out at Curves 3-4 times a week.

I was down to a minimal 232, just kissing it, just hardly there but there and then I go out for dinner 2 days a row (thats the only thing I can pinpoint and blame it on) and went to 236. Faahhhhhhhhhhh. Now I gotta work back and won't be happy till 230. It may be partly my period though, we'll see if it comes.

August 3rd to 9th I was on vacation up north, went twice while we were up. it was a hole, their curves I mean.

august 12th i got my wisdom teeth taken out. so
my moms forbidden me to go to curves till friday.

so i've been eating like all curves
with little excercise.
wah.

it'd be nice to be 230 for sept 1. i mean i could be almost content with that.

this was my entry for [info]curvesforwomen i'm lazy so i'm going to use it as my journal's montly measurement post... woo:


My offical weigh-in day at Curves is the 3rd of the month, but August 3rd I'll be leaving my house at 5am for a vacation 'up north' so thats pretty much out of the question. So I biked this morning into the grove to the plaza and got measured. Here are my July results:

Amount lost total, April 3rd to August 1st

Bust -7.75
Waist -6.75
Abdomen -5.75
Hips -6.25
Thighs (no change in measuring spot)
Arms (no change in measuring spot)

Weight loss total -53.00 lbs and -26.50 inches.
Body fat percentage went down -6.40 % from 46% to 39.60%

In the past month I lost 7.5 inches, 11 lbs.

my bust was measured at 56.00 and now its 48.25 YAY. GO AWAY BOOBIES.
My abdomen is slowest at loosing, my waist is getting quite nice for a woman weighing 237 lbs.

Boo! Ok haven't updated as much this month I guess. I've lost weight but not like other months. I still need to loose 4 pounds before Aug 1st to be within my monthly goal of atleast 10 lbs. ARG.

I weigh 244 sometimes 242. Between weekend long concert festival and funeral for a close family friend, there hasn't been the time / i haven't made the time i need to work out, bike, ect.

Maybe some of the lack of weight loss is period weight, I'm waiting for it, patiently, its coming Ican feel it but it hasn't shown up.

Arg, I want to be 200 lbs for novemeber, for my 21st birthday.
